4. It has many of the Demon’s tech and features
The Hellcat Redeye doesn’t just get the Demon’s engine, it has many of the same features too, including line lock, torque reserve, launch control, trans brake, adaptive suspension, and the intercooler chiller system that uses the air conditioning system to help produce more power for the car to use.
The Uconnect infotainment system in the center of the dash is how you access all the goodies. If you’re familiar with FCA’s infotainment system or have played with the system in the Demon or the regular Hellcat, you shouldn’t have much trouble finding what you need.
The Demon has played an important role in the development of the Hellcat Redeye, and it’s cool to see Dodge using the greatest parts and systems of its special drag car in another vehicle. Props to Dodge and SRT for keeping things interesting as the model ages.
