Ferrari Enzo ZXX Kicked Out Of Spa For Breaking DB Limit

Your exhaust it to loud…What?…YOUR EXHAUST IS TO LOUD!

The Ferrari Enzo ZXX Edo Competition. A one-off Ferrari Enzo modified for more power and aerodynamics. Recently this one of a kind Ferrari made a trip to Belgium on an open track day at Spa-Francorchamps. Supposedly the db limit for Spa is 115 DB for racecars. To bad for this Ferrari Enzo ZXX owner as the db reading was hitting 147 db at some points. It was so loud that he was kicked off the track and asked not to return unless he put some kind of noise restrictors on the Italian beast. This particular car is unfortunately most known for crashing into a Lake in Canada. The owner wasn’t one to let this watery mishap spoil his fun as he promptly got it rebuilt and now it’s alive and well, kicking butt on the track and getting kicked off.

So what do you do when you can’t hoon around Spa anymore. You take your Ferrari outside for a few pictures, startups and donuts. And that’s exactly what this owner did (check out the video above.)

This Ferrari ZXX Edo Competition isn’t to be confused with the other one off Ferrari Enzo, the Ferrari FXX.  There were only 30 of those track only cars made. So what do you do when you want FXX performance but still want to drive it on the street? You take your regular Ferrari Enzo and massage it under the watchful hands of Edo Competition. What results is an Enzo with a special bored out 6.3 L V12 good for 840 HP and 575 lbs-ft of torque (+60HP/+69 lbs-ft more than an FXX) capable of blasts to 60 MPH in 3.2 seconds and a top speed …well the owner hasn’t reached the top speed yet. Consider the FXX can hit 214 MPH so most likely the owner would want to go above and beyond that speed.
