The boys are back in town…on Amazon Video!
Hold the presses ladies and gentleman as it looks like the whole gang is back and back for good. According to tweets earlier today (July 30,2015) from Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, it looks like they’ve all signed an agreement with Amazon video. That means that although they probably won’t be using the exact same format as their former show, they’ll be back to the similar hijinks and it will all be available ready and streaming online for us to enjoy. Check out their tweets below!

First Clarkson chimed in with his announcement a few minutes ahead of all the others.
I'm very excited to announce that Hammond, May and I have signed a deal with .@AmazonVideo

Then James May tweeted his announcement a few minutes later adding his own sense of humor that only Captain Slow can do.
Good news! I've got a job with @AmazonVideoUK. Bad news! So have the other two. #AmazonPrime #ItSaysHere

Finally, Richard Hammond tweeted his own announcement with all the excitement and joy that we’ve come to expect from the hamster.
I've got a job I've got a job I've got a job.

Haircut, clean jeans and practice driving again. Forrrrwaaaaaaaard!!
Clarkson followed up his tweet with this little jab at Amazon about not being able to deliver packages all over the place at a moments notice.
.@AmazonVideoUK now saying I can't be their chief drone pilot. Apparently they want us to make a car show.

And their new employers seem very happy with the signed deal and announced that, “they’ve got a brand new ride.”

So details are scant at the moment about how this whole series will be run. Hopefully,m some of the old guard (from BBC’s Top Gear) will follow Clarkson, Hammond and May on their adventures into digital video. Amazon’s hastag #OnlyOnAmazonPrime hints that prime subscribers will be the very first ones to watch new episodes when they hit the internet. From there, it’s up to the viewers to find other ways to watch. And if you’re wondering, Amazon Prime comes in at $99 or about $8.25 a month which is on par for the other streaming services out there. And if you want to get a jump on signing up for Amazon Prime, click here. Mind you, the first month is free.
