#7- Go Karting Gift Certificates

You absolutely cannot go wrong with giving the gift of go-karting for any gear head on your Christmas list. Not only is Go Karting extremely fun, it’s probably one of the safest ways to compete in open-wheel racing against yourself or your fellow friends and not get involved in a serious crash.

Plus if you get all your friends together and race each other, it makes the experience that much more enjoyable as all your friends have an equal playing field in which to compete against each other.

And when we say go-karts, we’re not talking about those ones you find in putt-putt golf courses, we’re talking about the ones that can top close to 45+ MPH on the straightaways with indoor tracks going over a mile in total length.

Typically the nearest indoor karting track will offer either electric or gas karts. Both handle similarly although most people agree that electric karts are a bit more fun as their’s more torque off the line and it’s generally easier to drift.

Plus with indoor karting they’ll provide all the race gear and helmets so all you do is show up and drive.

As for what kinds of gift certificates you can get, obviously purchase the one that fits your budget but typically the more you spend, the cheaper each race will be.
