Honda Accord

You’re in luck if you want more room out of a Honda at the same price point.  The Honda Accord Sport with Honda Sensing comes in at a price of $26,065.  It comes with a 189 horsepower, 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, capable of EPA estimates of 27 city, 37 highway.  Chances are, you’re more likely to hit the EPA gas mileage estimates because there’s no extra variable with the turbo of the Civic Touring.  Peak torque comes in at a later rpm, and the extra horsepower can help compensate for the extra weight of the vehicle.

While the Accord Sport is a larger vehicle, keep in mind that it may not have the same standard features as the Civic Touring.  It does come with a rear-view camera, forward collision warning, and lane departure warning just like the Civic Touring, but it does not retain the Navigation system nor the 450-watt stereo.  Instead, it comes with a 160-watt stereo through four speakers.

You may be okay with that.  After all, you’ve got Google Maps or Waze on your phone, right?
