eSports Car of the Week: HSV GTS Maloo
By Kelly G.
Art of Gears brings you a different car, a different race, and introduces you to the world that is eSports racing. This week, we’ll take a look at the Forza Horizon 3 HSV GTS Maloo.
The Forza Horizon 3 release date is just around the corner, and with the announcement of over 350 unique vehicles to choose from, we are excited to get behind the wheel and take them for a spin. We take a look at one of the very popular vehicles that is available for players to explore the Australian coast. That car is the HSV GTS Maloo.
At first glance, The HSV GTS Maloo might not be your first vehicle of choice. But don’t let the cars appearance fool you, this “Ute” means business! The Australian made, 6.2 liter Supercharged V-8 Muscle Car is right at home in the Outback, and is already rumored to be one of the best drift cars available in-game.
Because of the vehicles size, and it’s rear-wheel-drive power to weight ratio, the Forza Horizon 3 GTS Maloo will most likely be drifting fans “go-to” vehicle. In fact, we are already seeing videos popping up around the internet, showing just how good this car drifts through the corners.
If you have already downloaded the Forza Horizon 3 Demo, you can hop in the GTS Maloo and take it for a test drive through the Australian Coast. The games full version is set to launch on September 23rd (Ultimate Edition) and worldwide on September 27th.
