2019 Ram 1500

The big news for the totally redesigned 2019 Ram 1500 is its massive available 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system. That system runs Fiat Chrysler Automobile’s Uconnect infotainment system. WardsAuto mentions the importance of the massive screen. The publication’s editors also noted the truck’s attractive indigo/frost interior color combination, attention to detail inside the cabin, and the rest of the truck’s technology.

First, the big screen. Editors of the publication called it a “sight to behold” both for its color quality and graphics and for the integration of the Uconnect infotainment system’s interface. One editor said, “Whatever it costs, it’s worth it,” of this impressive touchscreen display.

Aside from that, the truck won because of its Harman/Kardon sound system and subtle nod to its rural target market. Instead of going overboard with stylish cowboy-like features, the filigreed stitching on the seat shoulders is the only indication. WardsAuto noted that the brand tries too hard to be a part of the cowboy lifestyle at times. That said, the Limited Crew Cab 4×4 version of Ram’s 2019 pickup doesn’t go overboard with this sentiment.
