Youtubers “B is for Build” stunned crowds today with their build for this year’s SEMA Show: a ridiculous LS swapped, twin-turbo, 1,500 horsepower Lamborghini Huracan with a manual transmission. Not just any manual though—a gated manual transmission. Could you imagine hearing the click-clack of the metal when you shift, knowing there’s 1,500 horses behind you? Neither could we, but fortunately we don’t have to imagine because B is for Build made this a reality.

It’s nicknamed the “Burntacan”, but not because it’ll burn rubber, or its competition. The meaning behind the name comes from this Huracan’s origins. Several months ago this Huracan was a burned wreck, barely resembling an exotic Italian supercar. But now it has been completely transformed into a beast.

For shoes the “Burtnacan” is wearing 14 inch wide Rotiform wheels and Nitto tires. As mentioned above, on the inside is a V8 engine from Chevy, with supplemental power coming from the two turbos. The manual transmission they fitted into the Huracan comes from an old Audi R8, which made implementing it easy since the R8 and Huracan share platforms. B is for Build claims that this is the first manual transmission Huracan in the world. We can neither confirm nor refute that claim but we also don’t care—the mere fact that it’s a manual is plenty for us.

Not a soul in the universe, except for B is for Build, asked for a Huracan with well over half the stock horsepower, two extra turbos, radical bodywork, and a gated manual. But we couldn’t be more happy that B is for Build built it, and by doing so, making sure insanity remains in the automotive world.
