How to Watch the Ford Mach-E Unveiling

Ford will unveil their first all-electric mass market vehicle tonight at an event in Los Angeles hosted by actor Idris Elba. The event will kick off at 9 PM ET.
Tonight Ford will take a historic step as they unveil the Mustang Mach-E tonight in Los Angeles. The event, hosted by Idris Elba, will be live-streamed here on Youtube by Ford, and will start at 9 PM ET.
The blue oval has been teasing the Mach-E for a while but tonight it’ll finally be revealed. Although, most people have already seen its design when pictures leaked a few days ago. Also leaked were some numbers: 300+ mile range, 0-60 in 3.4 seconds, and 47 miles of charge after 10 minutes of charging. Prices are expected to range from $43,000 to $60,000.
The numbers look promising, but they likely won’t suppress criticism of Ford for using the revered Mustang brand for an electric SUV. Maybe it’s a marketing gimmick, maybe the Mach-E actually will stay true to the performance nature of a Mustang, but it’s too early to judge the car anyways. And besides, who cares about the name anyways.
The Mach-E will be the flagship model of an upcoming all-electric model lineup from Ford, including an electric F-150. This is the start of a massive push by the company to enter the electric car segment as the company shifts priorities.
Again, you can watch the unveiling of the Mustang Mach-E on youtube. The show will start at 9 PM ET.
