1969 Firebird

The Firebird was Pontiac’s Pony Car and has a strong resemblance to its Chevy brethren the Camaro. In 1969 Pontiac released the Trans Am that featured an enhanced suspension for better handling.

Under the Ram Air hood there was a 400ci V8 Ram Air V8 engine that produced a factory-rated 345hp. For 1969 the TA had limited production with 689 hardtops and eight convertibles produced.
