David Pearson #21

Pearson never won a NASCAR Cup Series title in the Wood Brothers #21, he won his three championships in the Cotton Owens #6 in 1966 and the Holman-Moody #17 in 1968 & 1969. But Pearson will always be associated with the Wood Brothers.

The #21 is still in use by the Wood Brothers, Matt DiBendetto currently uses it, but it’s time to properly honor Pearson. Pearson won 105 races in his career, second all time, and I doubt anyone will get close to that mark anytime soon.
