1971 Jensen Interceptor MK II Fastback

The best of both worlds; a British car with an American V8 engine. A Mopar 383ci V8 engine is under the hood and is paired with a matching-numbers four-speed Chrysler automatic transmission.

Interceptor’s are rare and in 1971 Jensen produced 1,128 MK IIs and this example still has its 8-track player.

In the 1974 movie “Black Belt Jones” Jim Kelly drives a 1971 Jensen Interceptor MK III. This is one of my favorite movies and as a result I have a soft place in my heart for the Interceptor. If you haven’t seen Jim Kelly’s finest work I recommend you give it a shot.
