Caterham F1 was a short lived Formula One team that lasted for just three-seasons and never scored a Constructors’ or Drivers’ Championship point. Ultimately their legacy is being the worst F1 team ever with zero-points in 56-races and their best race finish was 11th, Vitaly Petrov at the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix. Also, they’re the only F1 team that has used crowdfunding to pay the bills.

Yes, by any measurement Caterham F1 is a disaster but they made life interesting for racing fans and despite their lack of on-track success they always seemed to be in the news.
Maybe not great news but news nonetheless.
