There are many SUVs on the market that fall under the affordable category. However, one of the top SUVs for people not looking to spend a ton of money is the 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer. It competes with options like the 2024 Hyundai Kona when it comes to performance and interior space. The same is true for the 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer. 

The 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer is one of the top SUVs for steady performance

The 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer may not be one of the top SUVs when it comes to pure speed and power. However, it does provide solid performance for the price. According to Edmunds, it has a standard turbocharged 1.2-liter inline-three engine that makes 137 horsepower and has a torque of 162 lb-ft. This trim is front-wheel drive and uses a CVT. 

Other trims of the 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer use a turbocharged 1.3-liter engine that has a maximum output of 155 horsepower. Its torque is 174 lb-ft, and the trims with this engine use a nine-speed automatic transmission. This is also one of the top SUVs because it's efficient. Drivers will average about 26 miles per gallon in the city and 29 MPG on the highway.

It has an attractive interior

The 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer is also one of the top SUVs in its class because of its interior. It's certainly not the most upscale cabin on the market, but it's comfortable and functional. Regarding interior technology, it comes standard with an 11-inch infotainment screen. Buyers will like that the system is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. However, it's outclassed by the 2024 Hyundai Kona in technology.

The 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer seats five people and has a decent bit of room for them to spread out. It also offers up to 54.3 cubic feet of cargo storage with the rear seats folded. There are also plenty of storage cubbies throughout the interior of the Trailblazer.

Regarding price, this model has an MSRP of $24,395. This includes the destination fee and other charges. Its warranty provides three years, or 36,000 miles of basic coverage, and five years, or 60,000 miles of powertrain protection.
