  1. Deckard and Hobbs Bromance

We can’t just pick one scene, because these The Rock and Jason Statham were such a treat to watch together in all the scenes in The Fate of the Furious that had them in the same frame. Be it their constant trading of one-liners or the workshop scene where they get to warm up to each other in their own manly, macho manner, these two had amazing camaraderie. Somebody at Universal Pictures should team these two up and green light that often-talked about Hobbs spin-off movie.

Now that Hobbs is hinting at a life away from “the family” to be a full-time dad and because of the infamous off-screen spat between The Rock and Vin Diesel, it’s highly unlikely that Dwayne Johnson will return for the sequels. But he’ll be more than happy to sign on for a parallel series. With even Marvel turning to buddy-cop formula for its movies, this is a lucrative way to cash in on the trend and retain Johnson and Statham as well as in the studio’s future movie pipeline.
