The new international trailer which could be the final one before the release of Transformers: The Last Knight is more about Mark Wahlberg’s Cade Yeager and Bumblebee.

While we thought the trailer which got released in April was the final tease before the worldwide release of Transformers: The Last Knight, Paramount has dropped an international trailer with all-new footage to build on the already massive hype surrounding the robot wars actioner.

The new trailer is loaded to the brim with insane action and explosions along with lots of robot fights. However, this one has pushed Optimus Prime as well as Izabella to the sideline. The focus is more on Mark Wahlberg’s Cade Yeager and of course, everyone’s favorite Autobot, Bumblebee.

Both these characters get a lot of screen time in the clip with one of the highlights being the second round of the Bumblebee-Barricade duel. The Chevrolet Camaro-shaped Autobot and the Ford Mustang-shaped Decepticon had faced off in the very first Transformers movie.

In Transformers 5, both robot warriors have grown fiercer in skills and looks and we get a brief glimpse of the big fight which includes a scintillating car chase set in London. Move further and pause at 1:51 and you’ll see Barricade getting at the wrong end of Grimlock’s tail. The whole idea of “Punish and Enslave” isn’t working in the Decepticon’s favor when the massive T-Rex-shaped Autobot is in the picture. Giving credit where it’s due, Barricade’s Mustang mode is total badass.

Admit it. Evil Optimus is a lot more intimidating the Evil Dominic Toretto. Killing six giant robots in a single sword sweep is brutally epic!

There is more of the Optimus Prime vs Bumblebee duel too with Bee’s war hammer making its trailer debut here. The new weapon had popped up in one of the posters earlier. It looks like a powerful weapon in the hands of the young Autobot warrior. He’ll definitely need a lot of steel and firepower to stand a chance when Optimus is on rogue-and-berserk mode.

Among the set pieces which are bound to get all the whistles and applause in theaters is the last sequence in the new trailer of Transformers 5. We’ll let you savor that in the video itself rather than spoiling it here.

Here’s the official synopsis of the movie.

The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg); Bumblebee; an English Lord (Sir Anthony Hopkins); and an Oxford Professor (Laura Haddock). There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours."
