This Rowland Heights woman jumps out of a moving vehicle and watches as her car rolls into opposing traffic.

Ever since dashcams hit the market, the internet has seen some of the most tragic and bizarre accidents out there. According to one Youtuber who uploaded a piece of dashcam footage earlier yesterday (Sept. 4, 2015) and subsequently crossposted to Reddit a woman driving in La Habra, California for no apparent reason vacated her vehicle after stopping in the middle of traffic and proceeded to walk on the shoulder as she watched her car roll into opposing traffic. Unfortunately, her now driverless car caused another smaller pileup after her, what looks like a fifth generation Hyundai Sonata, jumps the median and plows into oncoming traffic. At this time, there are no news reports from the San Gabriel Valley area that point to the cause of the accident, but there are a couple of theories floating around. First, check out the entire accident for yourself below.

More from Videos

For one, she was clearly seen driving erratically well before she suddenly stops her vehicle. This may point her being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination of the two. In addition, the presence of fresh dealer plates may point to her having either stolen the car off a dealership lot in broad daylight or it may have been someone else’s car.

Whatever the reason, the driver obviously wasn’t thinking straight. If there is a silver lining in this bizarre incident, it’s the fact that the entire accident was caught on video. If and when this driver is caught, there’s plenty of proof to back up witness accounts.
