Toyota released a teaser video for its fans showcasing its all-new TS050 Hybrid before the 2016 World Endurance Championship race series.
You’ve got to hand it to a race team that recognizes that they were far from where they wanted to finish in last season’s races and then drops an inspirational video to get their fans excited for 2016. According to Toyota Gazoo Racing off of their official YouTube, their TS050 Hybrid has been officially teased in one of the most stirring videos possible. Check out this Oscar Award winning preview in their video below. You just might want to hop in your Corolla with renewed vision and drive to work with utmost purpose.

Toyota renewed their commitment to racing last week in a press release that highlighted all their endeavors for the company. Toyota will campaign a full race team for the FIA World Endurance Championship with aims to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June. In addition, Toyota will enter three entries into the 2016 Nurburgring 24 Hours endurance race: The Toyota CH-R Racing, Lexus RC F and RC.
In the United States, Toyota will be doing its part to support the “Camrys” in NASCAR and in S. America, Toyota will lend a hand to those who participate in the 2017 Dakar Rally under their factory efforts.
And finally in Japan, Toyota will continue to support its factory racing teams in Super GT and their Super Formula series as well as raise a crop of young drivers in their Toyota GAZOO Racing Rally Challenge.

It’s hard to believe that a car company that also makes the docile Toyota Prius supports all this racing, but they do. And we’ll be all ears and eyes as to what the TS050 looks like in its final form.
