Tesla: A Recent Twitter Timeline Of Accomplishments
By Mike Garcia
It started with the Tesla Model 3. The Tesla Roadster got them off the blocks. The Tesla Model S helped built the momentum. The Tesla Model X put them in stride. But, it’s the Tesla Model 3 that can help them cross the finishing goal of truly becoming an established car company. The popularity of the Tesla Model 3 is largely due to the price, which comes in at a much more affordable $35,000 starting price. Not only did that open up the model to a wider customer base, but it placed itself in different territory in terms of competition. Now, it’s the price of a fully loaded Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Toyota Avalon, and other entry-level luxury cars.
People wanted an affordable sedan. This one happens to have autonomous features that come standard, an interface screen that is the hub of control for the Model 3, a 0-60 time of less than 6 seconds, and well over 200 miles of range.
