Chrysler 300S – 300 hp V6, very comfortable platform. Can be found under $10k, but prices hover closer to $15k

BMW 3 series – Early to mid 2000s years are available under $10k, but high maintenance costs prevented me from including them on the list.

Honda Accord – One of the best all around platforms available, but lacks the fun aspect that I am wanting to highlight.

Hyundai Genesis – Hyundai struck gold with this platform, but pricing remains a little over the $10K threshold.
