Fisker EMotion – the Tesla Model 3’s alien version – can now be ordered with $2,000. That’s a small booking sum for a $130,000 car.
Yes, the Fisker EMotion is way more expensive than the Tesla Model S that it has to battle with on the luxury electric sedan arena. But it doesn’t cost much to book one. Fisker Inc has opened up the reservations for their Tesla Model S rival and interested buyers can head over to the company’s site and place an order right away. You’ll have to part with $2,000 to make the booking.
Reservations have been limited to 2 per person and it has also been specified that PayPal will be is being used to process the payment though the prospective buyers won’t need an account.
The car is scheduled to be unveiled on August 17 and though not much is known about the specifications and performance, Henrik Fisker has been dropping info on the Fisker EMotion periodically.
Aspects like its aluminum and carbon-fiber construction, 400+ miles range on a single charge and 161 mph top speed are some of the known details. The graphene battery technology which improves range while reducing charging time is going to be the biggest game-changer if it actually lives up to the hype.
